I offer monthly group coaching sessions where we discuss a variety of meat-based topics, including tips for getting started, optimizing health, and weight loss. The group provides a supportive and accepting community for everyone, regardless of their current diet.

The one-hour Zoom sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 8-9pm EST. I'm not a doctor and won't be giving medical advice, but my training and experience have helped many people break carb addiction and achieve positive results with the Carnivore Diet. Topics include getting basics and getting started, weight loss, health optimization, hunger cues, sugar/carb addiction, and managing social events. Monthly coaching covers a variety of subjects, and the supportive community remains consistent.
